Participation procedures
1. Exhibitors fill in the application form, sign and seal it. Then mail or fax to Beijing
Sunsource Expo Co., Ltd. (86-10-51026893) or make an online registration and
application.
2. After examining and receiving your registration, we will contact with you in 7 days and
confirm your stands. (quantity, area and price). After confirmation of the stand, we shall
contract with you and you should pay 30 percent pre-payments.
3. Please pay total charges in 3 months after signature of the contract, and then we will
mail the invoice and exhibitor’s manual to you.
※ Principle of stand allocation: First application, first payment and first arrangement
