Standard booth: a wallboard of 2.4m height, a signal board, a counter table, two chairs, two spotlights, a plug of 220V 5A and a standard carpet of 9 ㎡. Other exhibition equipments and service costs will be undertaken by exhibitors.

1. Raw spaces are rented based on 36 square meters, and the raw space has no exhibition frames or facilities.
2. Pavilions in A district are located in the main entrance to the exhibition halls and near the main passage of the exhibition halls. Pavilions in B district can be deduced in the same way.
3. At first, exhibitors hand over application forms, and then, the organizers will arrange the exhibition pavilions according to the submitting time of application forms.
4. (The item is available for international pavilions) The cost of package stand construction is RMB 80/sq.m.

Appendix：
If exhibitors cancel their participation, they should inform the organizer in written form within 30 days after their signature of contracts, make procedures of dismantling and pay liquidated damages of 25 percent of total booth charges. We will not receive after expiry of the stipulated date.
